SWET & YOGA FLOW at Austin Surf Lodge - April 29, 6-8pm

Join us for a social sauna experience and lakeside yoga flow at Austin Surf Lodge, the new wellness and watersports retreat destination on Lake Travis located at 1017 Indian Mound Rd, Spicewood, TX. 

Come solo or bring friends to experience a two hour wood-burning sauna experience in the SWET Airstream and a special Yoga flow, lakeside. Sauna anytime 6-8pm. Optional Yoga 6:00 -6:30.

Enjoy lakefront views, take a swim in the lake from our private dock, relax in the hammock or play some lawn games between sweat sessions.

Bring a bathing suit or athletic wear, a towel, your own yoga mat and a water bottle. Price is per person. Each participant must purchase a spot and sign a liability waiver.
