Each session flows between the extremes, hot-as-hell sauna rounds and breath-stealing ice baths. This is designed to challenge and recharge you. You’ll be led through the session with time for breathwork, hydration, and chill in between. We guide you through the cycle at your pace and on your terms.

We also recommend wearing natural fibers (cotton or linen). bring a water bottle and shoes that can be easily slipped on and off. Skip the spandex, jewelry, lotions, and tech. We’re here to connect.
