LET'S GET YOU READY TO SWET
Our FAQs
What Should I wear?
Rock your natural fibers — cotton, linen, hemp — they breathe and vibe with the heat. Leave the synthetics (spandex, polyester) at home. You can wear a towel, robe, bathing suit, or a tank and shorts — just stay modest and covered. No nudity allowed.
Jewelry — Yes or No?
Big no. Metal heats up fast and can burn or get ruined. Best move? Leave it all at home. We’re not responsible for lost bling.
Should I hydrate before I SWET?
Hydrate before you sweat it out. You’ll be dripping in the sauna — and that’s the goal. Skip sipping inside the heat. If you're thirsty, step out, cool down, and rehydrate like a champ.
Can I wear lotion or sunscreen?
Lotions, perfumes, and sunscreen — skip ’em. Before you hop in, rinse off or use wipes. We want clean heat — not a cloud of chemicals.
Do you have any ice bath tips?
Ease into it! Start with shorter dips in milder cold, then level up. Ideal plunge? 3 minutes at 50°F. Going colder or longer doesn’t mean better — smarter beats tougher.
Can I bring my tech?
Phones, cameras, and smartwatches — leave them out. Heat wrecks tech. Plus, this is a vibe zone — no buzzing, no beeping, no distractions. Respect the chill.
